Join us for our upcoming high school production of Cyrano and Roxanne! Witness the comedic retelling of Edmond Rostand’s play Cyrano de Bergerac, written in 1899 and set in 1640 France. Produced by special arrangement with Eldridge Publishing Company.

A brilliant poet and soldier, Cyrano, is in love with Roxanne, but he sees his “imperfection” as an obstacle to expressing his affection. Roxanne is smitten by the superficial charms of a handsome new cadet, Christian, who is somewhat dimwitted.
Roxanne asks her friend Cyrano to keep Christian safe in battle. Cyrano agrees, and in addition, helps Christian win the fair Roxanne through letters, because he wants to make his childhood friend Roxanne happy.
